Super 7 blackjack side bet

Super 7 blackjack is a side bet added to a standard game of blackjack. The basic premise is you put a small stake on the optional bet on you getting 7s of the same or different suits with varying levels of paying out. The drawcard with playing this game is if the first three cards in your hand are sevens of the same suit you will receive odds of 5000-1.

Other than the inflated payouts for all things 7, the game play is the same as a standard game of 21 with the aim to get as a close to 21 without busting. You then obviously need to beat the dealer’s hand. A standard game with these rules will payout blackjack at 3-2.

How to play super 7 blackjack

Super 7 can be played for fun or real money at any of our top-rated online casinos, all which have an outstanding array of real money 21 titles.

This blackjack derivative is played with six decks, dealt via a random number generator (we haven’t found a live game yet – although Crown Melbourne has something similar), with the decks shuffled after each hand.

Super 7 blackjack gives you the option of playing up to three hands on any given round. A standard table limit for Super 7 blackjack might be a $1 minimum and a $100 maximum.

Each hand has a minimum requirement of $1 and a maximum of $100, with an optional Super 7 side bet with a minimum and maximum of $1.

To play online it’s as simple as choosing how many hands you want to play, dragging the value of chips you want as your bet into the box, place a side bet if you desire and then click play hand.

Super 7 blackjack rules

The dealer will deal themselves two cards from the initial deal with one card exposed for you to see. When the dealer’s exposed card is an Ace you will be offered the option of insurance, which pays 2 to 1. If the dealer’s hole card is a picture or 10, then the dealer will peak to see if they have blackjack.

The dealer will draw to a soft 17.

You can Double Down on any two card total and pairs can be split, but only once, so no re-splits. Split Ace’s will only be given one card each.

Blackjack is paid at odds of 2 to 3.

Super 7 side bet

The Super 7 side bet is optional and only costs $1 to play after you have put down the table’s minimum stake. If the first card you receive off the initial deal is a seven of any suit you receive odds of 3 to 1.

If your first two cards are both sevens, of mixed suits, you receive odds of 50 to 1. Keep in mind if you split your pair of sevens and draw more sevens the payout will remain 50 to 1.

If your first two cards are sevens of the same suit you will receive odds of 100 to 1. Again, if you split your pair and draw sevens again the initial payout of 100 to 1 stands.

If your first three cards are all sevens but of mixed suits you will receive odds of 500 to 1.

If your first three cards are all sevens of the same suit you will receive the astronomical odds of 5000 to 1.

Of course if your first card is not a seven then you have lost the side bet.

A great thing about the Super 7 side bet is it operates independently of your regular Blackjack hand. So you do not need to win your main hand to claim win your side bet too.

It is worth noting we have come across several different variations of Super 7 side bet on the Internet. So be sure to know what you are doing and learn the rules before playing for real money.
