Blackjack players aren’t as lucky as pokies players when it comes to new additions to our favourite online casino catalogues – but Royal Vegas plan to please next month with a brand new live dealer catalogue.
Brand new live dealer 21 titles are coming to you this February with varying table limits and the following features:
- Real-time 21
- A brand new live dealer catalogue with new features available on multiple platforms including your browser (Safari, Chrome, and Firefox), the downloadable casino, and even on your smartphone or tablet
- HD graphics streamed live to all devices – PC or Mac, as well as mobile devices – with each title optimised and sized so suit the device’s screen
- Professional and attractive dealers who you can chat to
- User-friendly navigation
- More than 30 languages and over 100 currencies available
- And more
This brand new catalogue is set to bring not only Live Blackjack, but Live Baccarat, Roulette, 3-Card Poker and Casino Hold’em and their variants too – each with varying table limits available.
We believe the brand new release is a result of Microgaming and Evolution Gaming’s partnership, announced back in September, where the two top leading software developers teamed up to create a high quality live dealer catalogue. The end result will see Evolution Gaming’s live dealer expertise on Microgaming’s excellent Quickfire platform.
If we are right, we can expect to see the high quality live games which Evolution Gaming have become renowned for, but it may mean there will no longer be Playboy Bunny croupiers – but only time will tell.
The real advancement is real time 21 will be available at Royal Vegas on mobile devices, so if you have an Apple, Android, or Windows device you can have your very own live blackjack dealer on the go.
Royal Vegas 21
If you want to prepare for the new live dealer titles, we recommend practicing the basic strategy on the array of RNG blackjack titles available at Royal Vegas.
European Blackjack Gold
Microgaming offer a standard game of blackjack, but implement a slight change of rules to mix things up.
Just two decks are used here, and the dealer is required to stand on all 17s. Players can split pairs but only once, and can only double down after splitting if the total of their hand is nine, 10, or 11.
You can look up the basic strategy to this variant via a simple Google search.
Perfect Pairs European Blackjack Gold – Multi Hand
It is safe to say we enjoy the Gold series by Microgaming and this unique variant offers a seasoned 21 player a lot of entertainment.
The same rules apply as the standard European Blackjack Gold title, as above, but players can place up to five wagers at once, as well as five side bets at once. The side bet available is known as Perfect Pairs with the maximum payout of 30:1 for a pair with the same number, colour and suit.
